OUR OPINION: Time for the Lithuanian authorities to dismantle the “Good Will Foundation” (a name right out of Orwell), verily at once a quango and a quagmire, and replace it with a representative, democratic, accountable new entity to justly process the Lithuanian government’s generous restitution emanating from the valuations of prewar communal religious properties…
